Basic Requirements

Stage dimensions:
Total free floor space: 12 meters width x 10 meters depth
Stage opening: 8 meters width x 5 meters height
Height: 6 meters (Free height to hang our truss structure from)

Setup and teardown:
Load-in the evening/night before rigging day
1 rigging day before premiere day (Full day + evening)
Rehearsal and adjustments during the day on premiere day
Teardown in the evening/night after the final performance (4-5 hours). Load-out the morning after.

Sound, lighting, and drapes:
A PA system suitable for the venue is provided by the theater
Front lighting, backdrop, and side drapes are provided by the theater
We bring side/back/floor and special lighting, light console, and a complete truss construction for rigging

Theater staff:
3 people for load-in and load-out, plus a technical manager on-site

Our staff:
4 people: Producer/Performer, rigging/stage manager, sound/light technician, and special effects technician

Attachment points:
4 ceiling attachment points (Each 1000 kg)
4 sidewall attachment points (Each 250 kg)
We install certified attachment points where missing.

Power:
63 amps

Other:
Pyrotechnics, fire, and smoke are used in the performance

Marketing
We provide photos, text, basic digital materials, as well as printed posters and flyers
The theater handles advertising, poster distribution, and additional marketing
